Rainy Night Streetcar

Taken Sunday, April 23rd, 2006 at the Russell Division streetcar barns, Toronto.

The allure of the streamlined PCC streetcar is timeless. From their 1930's style to their 1950's colours, their smell, their lightbulb-lit aisles and standee windows; all define the golden age of street rail travel in Toronto (and many other cities). I peeked inside 4549 last night and went back to days taking the Carlton car downtown for a waffle at Fran's.

Ding! Ding! (Back to reality....)
