Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark

More photos here.

After a 23 year absence, the "original" members of OMD descended upon the Phoenix Concert Theatre for what can only be called an amazing concert. Old ones (Enola Gay), new ones (History of Modern, Part I), Rarities (Radio Waves!!), Hits (If You Leave) and TWO Joan of Arcs, well, one Joan of Arc and one Maid of Orleans (The Waltz Joan of Arc), but who's got time to get bogged down in details like that? They played at least one song from each of their albums, which was a nice touch.

At any rate, an amazing show by a bunch of 50-somethings that still got it. And who don't look like Robert Smith in doing so. Welcome back!
